A STRANGE USE OF INTERNET TIME !! (STYLE (INLINE CSS))

This trick uses
Swatch internet time
to control background and border colours.
And must be used as a style (inline css) it will not work in stylesheets
The text colour is under manual control.

It can be pasted into any html tag. But the easiest method is to paste it into a blank text file and the use the "local file include" function like this (<p> tag used for demonstration )

Single quotes ' ' MUST be used to enclose the argument of the style or the code WILL NOT WORK.
The colours will change every 1 minute 26.4 seconds sometimes slightly sometimes completly background #309768 text #ffffaa
You can change the colours by changing the values in the tzone parameter values are -12 to 12 background #268809 text #ffffff
You can add a border as well background #143434 text #ffaaff border #643018
This will add a border and MUST be pasted INSIDE the last single quote
You could just use the border element (pasted into: style=' ')
You can also do the opposite and have a manualy controlled background and the text colour controlled by the function just switch the selectors around _____ text #143684 border #351018
If you use your own text colours they should be above #aaaaaa as the function produces output below #999999 _____ background #143684 border #351018
